DiFranco Towing

Insurance company arranged for Yaffo towing to tow my car from a lot to the dealer, which is literally 1 minute away. The operator said they'll be there on Thursday afternoon. Friday comes around and nothing. I call again, this time another operator says they'll planning to come in the afternoon on Friday. They even updated the insurance company that they are in possession of the car and in the process of transportation. I drove by the lot on Saturday, and I can see that the car is still sitting there. If your company doesn't have the capacity to take on the work, just decline it instead of wasting everyone's time.

Yaffo towing was dispatched by State Farm at 2:30pm. We are sitting waiting at 5:51pm and still no Yaffo after multiple calls saying "20 minutes". DO NOT LET YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY HIRE THEM TO TOW YOUR CAR. The day has been stressful enough after an accident without hours added on to it for no reason. Absolutely ridiculously horrendous "service". @statefarm

Customer service sucks. Their communication skills sucks. Very unprofessional company. Run if your insurance company uses them.

Reviews are consistent and accurate. Yaffo was allegedly dispatched through my insurance company’s roadside assistance. We waited 3.5 hours and they never showed, just gave repetitive updates to the insurance company and updated status. When I called the company directly no one answered. Because of this, I missed the show I was in town to see. They should reimburse me for my show ticket, but considering they’re too incompetent to do the simplest of tasks for the industry they’re in, it’s safe to say they wouldn’t know how to issue a check. I’ll be on the line with my insurance company first thing Monday to have this company removed from their vendor list. Thanks for nothing.

Marcus and co should be ashamed of their work, their company, and their customer service. Just as everyone else, Yaffo was dispatched through my insurance after an arduous process. At 3pm. 30-75 minutes. I waited until 5pm. I called, another 30 minutes. I waited until 7pm, another 45-90 minutes. I explained that my car was broken into, in a bad neighborhood, I already had to defend it from vandals and thieves more than once and now the sun was going down. Marcus said "I'm not supposed to but I'll elevate this to an emergency." Massive lie. Another 2 hours. I decided, screw it, I'll call another towing company. They quoted 15 minutes. I called Marcus to cancel. He had an attitude, "what's the reason?". BECAUSE IT'S BEEN 6 GODFORSAKEN HOURS DEFENDING MY CAR IN 90 DEGREE WEATHER. I WANT TO GO
