Simply unprofessional and by far the worst dealer I’ve ever dealt with. I brought my car in for an estimate on repair costs, which typically includes a written report that customers can provide to their insurance company. After the evaluation, I waited a few days and contacted them to request this report, but I never received a response. When I called again today, I was dismissed and refused any explanation or assistance. This was a basic report that should be provided after an evaluation. The guy I spoke with over the phone showed no interest in understanding the situation and repeatedly questioned why we needed or cared about the report instead of helping resolve the issue. His only “solution” was for us to bring the car back in and pay the evaluation fee again, with no guarantee that w

10/10 experience. He literally helped me out for free. I came in thinking I needed to get O2 sensors replaced to pass smog (expecting to pay however much that costs) and Diko told me to go get fuel injector cleaner and some premium gas in my car and that if that didn't work he would fix it. It ended up working and I passed smog check today. He turned down me paying him just to help me out and. Stand-up guy. He will be my go-to mechanic going forward. Thanks Diko!

Diko is nice but you have to be careful of his helper who is mean and disrespectful.and gives you the cold shoulder. I brought my mother's car here with lil a tire issues and the helper was very rude I will not be returning

I have been coming to Diko since 1996. He is my father's mechanic, my whole family uses his services. Diko is honest , personable and he's family for us all. He will always do what's right for you and tries to keep cost down. He has serviced My Jaguar, My land rover, My Lexus and my Saturn SUV for my Daughter. Nothing he cant work on! And if he feels it cant be done he will tell you take it to the dealer he wont just try for the money$$. He's GREAT!!!!!!!
