Brought my new truck in for a full suspension lift, rims and tires. Matt is very knowledgable, knew exactly what my truck needed, and gave his insight and opinion. Matt had the truck for 2 days, I was blown away when I picked up my truck! I will be back with other vehicles for sure! Highly recommend!

You called us the day before and we gave you prices and you hung up on us. The following day we were very busy we had a full parking lot. You called to come in, with no appointment and I let you know that we were busy and that you can drop off your truck and if we had a chance to put your fuel filters in we would. We had two vehicles on our lifts that were big jobs and one mechanic working on both of those vehicles. Also no one threatened you. The mechanic here told you he would call you when we freed up & you chose to sit in the parking lot next to ours all day. This review is not very nice, and it seems like all of your reviews are negative.

The situation is as follows: on the way to New York, I needed an urgent replacement of the fuel filters on my truck, I called this service, and we agreed that I would arrive in the morning and we would change the filter. In fact, the situation turned out to be as follows: I drove a difficult path to get there on my broken truck. I arrived in the morning, as agreed, upon arrival the girl in the reception room told me to leave the keys and wait a couple of hours. It was more convenient for me to wait in the car, since I'm not local, then I talked to the mechanic, who told me to come by 2 p.m. So, I walked nearby for about 3 hours, I arrive by 2, to which the mechanic tells me that I can't do anything today, come tomorrow. I was indignant and said that I would leave a review about this case,

They installed a leveling kit on my 17 Canyon diesel. I was very happy with the job and they got it done nice and quick. I will definitely be going back for future repairs .

I have been going to this shop since 2018 I have used them for general repairs, customization of my vehicles, oil changes and tire rotations. I have sold and bought trucks from this shop as well never had an issue. They were professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything in detail. The pricing was fair, and the turnaround time was quicker than expected. I highly recommend Dillions to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy auto repair. It is best to make an appointment even for oil changes. There have been times I tried to get an oil change and was turned away due to the shop being busy.
