Dimmick Group Peterbilt - Newburgh

I was at this Peterbilt dealership last week with a problem with the DPF system. and the suspension controls module. I was assisted by Lisa, who was very friendly and very interested in solving the problem. Shee assigned one of his mechanics named Keith. It was a wonderful experience because Keith is a very kind and intelligent guy. At the same time he was solving the problem, he was explaining to me why this might have happened in my truck. He has a very high percentage of mechanical knowledge about these Peterbilt trucks. It was a pleasure for me to be there and I was very happy to leave with the problem solved in a couple of hours…!!!! Thank You

Good experience, I had an issue with my 579, DFN pressure sensor went bad. They took me right in and resolved the problem plus other issues they found along the way in a timely manner.
