Most expensive dealer in the area for any truck related parts, Their markup is highway robbery. If you need any parts related to Cummins, cat etc. Go to Kenworth Northeast Or Regional International. This place has always been last on the list and even with new management still under performs all dealers in the area.

New service supervisor, needs to develop some good customer service skills. You can tell he's new, with limited interpersonal skills. Everyone else from the parts department, to service department, to the greatest hard working mechanics. I was there a extended time,so the actual shop manager and owner were the greatest. Forth coming, knowledgeable and made you feel as a part of the Peterbilt family. Thank you Guys!

Good service department. Got my truck fixed in timely manner and kept me up to date. Would like to see them open longer hours.

I had some issues with my DEF quality/level sensor. This shop was on the way to where I was heading so I stopped here. Staff, mechanics, managers are very friendly and knowledgeable. They were extremely busy here but still managed to get me going in about a day. Thanks for the great work guys 👍
