OK check this out!!! Does the place you take your vehicle for service work leave you a personal thank you note on your dirty as heck vehicle??? Mine did!!! Had oil change, state inspection, and timing belt/water pump replaced today at Dimond Automotive, right in 'downtown' Valencia! Not only are Cindy and Don proficient, knowledgeable, and friendly, but you can just tell from every interaction how much they actually CARE about me and my car! Highly recommend and will definitely be using them for all of my vehicle service needs!

Don and Cindy are amazing people! It’s a family owned business that exceeds in character and honesty. Genuine human beings with enormous hearts. Long story short… After just moving into our area recently, our tire on our van caught a screw. Don lended me tools without even knowing me and after I messed up, he personally let me fill up my tire and bring the vehicle to his shop down the road where he not only fixed my mess up, but repaired my tire and took time out of his job he was working on to get our vehicle road worthy again. He didn’t want to accept any form of payment or gesture but instead asked for us to spread the word about his business and stated to bring him our mechanical work down the road. Eye for an eye. I highly recommend Don, Cindy and Dimond Automotive for BMW work. Don had previously worked on my car and when I brought in my F30 sedan to his new shop, he was able to identify problems before even looking at the car. Replacing a timing chain is highly specialized work and I was very impressed with the quality of communication and transparency when it came to pricing and getting work done.
