Dino Express Car Wash

Update : Part 2 The owner stated video evidence of my car already having marks prior to entering the carwash. As the owner’s reply suggested, I used the email provided to be sent images to view. This is not a working email. ( image included ) Would you please provide a working email address to request the video?? If I am at fault, I would gladly remove the rating after confirmation from watching the video, otherwise it will remain. Part 1- Car went in without puncture marks in paint on the drivers door, and the black rub mark on passenger front and rear door. Upon exiting the carwash to vacuum noticed the issues. Drove around for assistance and was told never their fault. Well I knew the condition of my car before it entered and upon its exit. WILL NOT BE BACK!!

Jonathan greeted me and did an excellent job of introducing himself and the service offered. It was a pleasant experience. I will be back for sure!

Best place to get your car wash in Glen Rose! Great location and Stellar customer service every time. The local crew is always friendly.

This car wash is by far the best one i’ve been to, the people are so nice. Two workers Wesson and Jonathan were very helpful and super nice. Despite me getting their regular car wash they went the extra mile and power washed all the bugs off the front with no extra charge and also offered to clean my floor mats. This is a place I will always recommend!

I went to Dino car wash this morning to wash the outside and clean the inside of my car. I was second in line. The attendant (black or dark hair) took his time with the car in front of me (good customer service). When that car left and I pulled forward, he turned tail and went back into the building. I waited for a few more minutes, but he did not reappear, so I backed out and went to vacuum the car first, before the outside wash. As I turned the corner, I was a young man with blond hair come out of the office. The same employee I saw first, came out, at the back of the building, and was less than friendly, said he was sorry I was having a bad day. His speech was at high volume and fast, I don't know why. He said he was the ONLY employee on duty. Lots of manipulative statements. H
