I called and got an appointment to bring my ride in for some new struts. They did a great job for a fair price. The waiting room was comfortable, and it was an easy walk to get breakfast. With the high price on new vehicles, it is good that I have a go-to place to keep up my vehicle until I absolutely have to buy another one.

I wish Dipsticks Tire & Lube was located in my hometown. They would have my tire and lube business 100% of the time. Amanda is efficient, accurate, prompt, friendly, and is very knowledgeable of her inventory and the automotive business. Shane is professional, efficient, and an expert on how to change tires on any type of vehicle, commercial or small. He even adjusted the damage to the wheel-well after my RV sustained a blow-out on the highway to get me back on the road safely. After my mobile service request for Dipsticks, as I arrived in Mason, I bought 4 additional new tires from them. Their waiting area is clean and comfortable. Dipsticks provides the best customer service and expertise of any business I have had commerce with in several years.

My wife’s car got a flat Sunday. Dropped it off at Dip Sticks left a message on the recorder by the time we came into town around 9 o’clock Monday it was fixed. Great customer service great company when we got there it was crowded, but that’s what happens when you have a great business. It’s well worth the wait if you have to wait.

These people were so appreciated. They came out on memorial day after hours and helped get us a tire fixed. Fast, great service, during a storm. Thank you.
