I had an amazing experience with this Insurance Company. Guadalupe was incredibly helpful and patient. She made the entire process smooth and easy by answering all of my questions with professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable insurance coverage.

This branch needs to be investigated and audited ASAP. I am particularly concerned about the treatment of elderly customers whose primary language is not English, including Spanish and Haitian Creole speakers. My mother, whose primary language is not English, has repeatedly experienced troubling and potentially unethical interactions when visiting this branch to pay her insurance policy. On multiple occasions, the agent in question attempted to short-change my mother when she made payments in person. In at least one instance, the discrepancy was only corrected after I entered the office and intervened. Additionally, when I contacted the agent by phone to discuss my mother’s policy, I was informed that my mother had “aged out” of her policy and that there was no reason to continue making

My experience with Direct auto insurance was as wonderful as I could have hoped, not only were they able to provide me a great rate but my experience as excellent as it was, was largely in part due to how well received I was by the customer service representative who handled my call which happened to be Darby Anderson (I believe that to be her correct name). She was not only kind, professional and patient but she was able to answer any and all of my questions and did so with an incredibly pleasant demeanor throughout the entire process. Darby deserves the highest of commendations, so I can only hope upper management is not only aware of her contributions but that she is recognized as such. Darby Anderson initiated a policy for me, but within 24 hrs the policy was canceled due to non payment. When I spoke with Darby and tried to confirm the banking routing & account number she advised the info was gone & would need to have the GM contact customer service to pull our recorded call to ensure the account info given was correct & possible typo when Darby entered my banking info. Needless to say 3 calls & voice messages later, not one time has she returned my call. Very poor customer service.

I stopped in to get proof if insurance from 2023 and without hesitation Ms.Jessica was on and helped us.
