Excellent customer service probably the best one I've had, her name was Debbie but I'll tell you what Best customer service I've had in a long time from somebody so yeah direct Auto whoever miss Debbie is that took this policy you really need to give her some kind of bonus
I’m not sure how you have a customer wait over 30 minutes while you quote a customer over the phone and when I need to use the bathroom I’m told I’m not able to use the restroom this is horrible customer service like what!
