My agent Valerie was so patience explaining my deductible options. Mrs Valerie is a 5 star agent. I am beyond happy! I had been searching and searching for insurance and when I connected with Mrs Valerie my search was over. It was a true pleasure with Mrs Valerie and national general.
After getting online quote I went into office to pay for the said price of the online quote. Agent says that’s just a quote the actual price is $more. Agent stated to honor the online price you should have paid online. I TOLD HIM. Show me where it says pay now ! He refused.

Zero stars! Would not recommend to anyone! Nothing but issues for a whole year! Conflicting information from everyone that answers the phone.
Terry with Direct Auto was absolutely amazing. He was very thoroughly and returned my call several times when we was disconnected. He was patient and went above and beyond his job details. Love speaking/dealing with a customer service respective that actually does their job
