Direct Auto Sales

I have not heard back from my direct email to them which explained how frustrating and upsetting it has been after purchasing a car from them. We purchased a 2011 Subaru Forester from them. We purchased a warranty (Veterans Warranty) for $509 for 90 days. We were told it would give peace of mind for any major problem with the engine or transmission. We felt it was worth it. However, 30 days later the cars engine light came on blinking. We had the car towed. The mechanic contacted the warranty company and said they would cover the work $4000+. EXCEPT…. Did we realize the MAX they would pay out was $1150. WHAT????? So we purchased a warranty for $500 and basically they’ll pay $600 more? We bought a used car for $5000, plus $3000 to fix it after spending $500 for the warranty??? DO NOT BEL

I highly recommend this car dealership for anyone to purchase a quality used vehicle. I directly dealt with the owner frank for the purchase of my now owned 2018 jaguar f-pace. The suv had low miles & in immaculate condition. The best part of my purchase was frank. He was straightforward with pricing & didn’t try to rush me to make the sale. He was so patient that he waited & held the suv for 3 additional days from the public while I had to wait for my bank to clear my funds. Great vehicles, great pricing & great staff the perfect hat trick

THIS PLACE IS TRASH !!!!!!! I do not recommend this dealership to anyone the vehicle I got was seemed like it was in good condition but in just two weeks there was a problem with the axle. Something was loose and I was driving around with that for a while and that led me to another 1400 causing another problem with a rotator cuff in the vehicle became loose. They did not have the vehicle well prepared at all and they shouldn’t have sold. It cost me another thousand replace that I paid well over the price for this vehicle. Paying over $3000 plus just in one year to fix this vehicle.

I had a great experience at Direct Auto Sales the staff was great they took care of me immediately when I arrived with a warm welcome, they offered refreshments and made sure I was comfortable while I waited for the paper work and stuff to be ready. They have a great variety of vehicles a lot to choose from. I highly recommend this car dealer.

I WON MY LAWSUIT AGAINST DIRECT AUTO SALES!!!!!!🙌🍾🎉💰PRAISE THE LORD🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿……….I am following up on a previous review I wrote about this car dealership. These people are SCAMMERS and UNSCRUPULOUS. I had to file a lawsuit against Direct Auto Sales for selling me a car with a bad transmission, and I am so happy to report that I won the case! Do not buy a car from this dealership. They will sell you a bad car, along with a trash warranty from Veterans Auto Warranty, and when your car keeps breaking down, they will recommend R&R Auto Repair Shop, and they do terrible work at this repair shop… Direct Auto Sales will try to tell you that you racked up thousands of miles on the vehicle and that’s why the car is having issues… I am grateful for my lawyer who seeked justice and the judge who saw righ
