Bought my 2017 Jaguar XE 35t AWD in July 2025 from Direct Auto Sales & Repair. They are in Pennsylvania, and I am in Maine. Before the sale they recorded videos of the car and sent them to me as I could not be there in person. Did the sale and all the paperwork online and mailed documents that needed a signature. Anna arranged for shipment of my car to my house in Maine, so I did not even have to go there to pick up my car. Everything went smoothly. Had some issues after the sale and Frank went above and beyond to help me out with that. I am happy with the service they provided and the whole process was painless and quick.

Enjoyed my 'no pressure' experience. Frank allowed me to test drive a few cars. He informed me that my car of choice had something which needed to be repaired before they sold it to me. Grateful for the disclosure. Very happy with my purchase.

I had a great experience buying my car and all the staff were friendly and helpful. But after I got the car home, I noticed the oil hadn’t been changed in TWO YEARS. Then, I received a ticket for having an expired inspection and had to immediately take it in. The same month I bought the car (October) was the same month the inspection expired. I was told verbally the car had just been inspected - I guess that was just a figure of speech. Had I known the car did not formally pass inspection I would’ve asked for that at the time of the sale. It is partially my fault for not checking the sticker, but who sells someone a car without changing the oil or having it inspected???
