Direct Auto Sales

I always love doing business with Matt. I purchased 3 cars from this business before and sent others as well to do business. Anytime I had a car issue as long as my bill was up to date Matt took care of me. He is one of the most honest car sales person I ever worked with. I really hate when I have to deal with other car salesman other then Direct Auto. I’m looking for a second car see you soon Matt.

I bought a car from this place it only lasted me 1 year and the transmission went out i was told by them if I got it towed back they would help me get into another vehicle when I finally found a way up there they told me I would need close to the same amount as the first down payment on the first car. dont seem like helping me out it just seems like they want me to buy another car from them and act like the first one didn't happen. matt is a very nice guy but his boss isn't really willing to help even though I've always stayed good on my payments i was planning on getting my next car there but probably not now and I wouldn't recommend anyone else goes there if this is how the big boss wants to be

I've had many bad experiences with used car dealers so I was skeptical of this place. Matt, the owner, had a nice selection of vehicles and very reasonable prices. He has them all checked out and any major issues fixed before selling them. I ended up purchasing an SUV from him and took it to my regular mechanic just to be sure he wasn't blowing smoke up my "tailpipe". My mechanic gave it a clean bill of health. From my experience Direct Auto Sales may be one of the last honest used car dealers left.

So my fluids were topped off when i took it for a test drive, i thought this was a good thing. Come to find out after a day of driving it around this was to cover up the fact that the power steering pump was going out. They also failed to mention that the roof was leaking. Not just a drip either. Four or five different places had steady dribble coming in at the car wash. I was planning on bringing two of my children back for financing but they have lost our business due to the negligent disclosure of said problems with my truck. If you do business with this car lot please be careful. Take it on more than one test drive and have a good mechanic check it out first.

So I buy a car and not even 30 days later it will not run if I turn on my lights and all they can say is sorry this place is a dam joke now I am stuck with the payments and they just don't care I even offered a swap to still give them business but will not budge this place sells lemons and I am reporting them and to top it off they told me If anything happened to just bring it back to get fixed and they are a bunch off dam liers man never go there worst decision I ever made they take advantage of people in need Matt give me a call or post your number to make this right completely and your fake 5 star stuff is a joke I am letting you know ow to hit me up to make this right
