Direct Tire

I went to them to get a spare tire because I had a piece of metal in my tire. I drove my vehicle all morning and had no issues with the air coming out. When I got to them the guy started pushing and pulling on the piece and said it can’t be plugged which I knew that’s why I came to get a used tire. He goes to look for a used tire and in the meantime the air starts coming out due to him pushing and pulling on the metal piece. By the time He comes out, my tire is now flat and he says he Doesn’t have a used tire in my size so I now have to buy a new one because I can’t drive to another shop on a flat tire. To say I’m beyond piss is an understatement. I asked for a discount since he made the tire go flat and they told me no. I will never go to them Again and they were the ones I always went to

Efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, kind, trustworthy. I have been to Direct Tire twice now - they were so good to me back in March when I had a tire get shredded on a pothole (because of course) when I was on my way out of town for a concert. They got me fixed up right away and I made it on time. This time, I had a tire losing air quickly and knew right where to go. I expected to buy a new tire, but the gentleman was able to fix it instead and I was on my way so fast while saving a lot of money.

I was in a pickle yesterday thank you to the amazing guy who banged hard on my rim. Yesterday just wasn't my day. For someone to be there chat and also have my goofy side yesterday thank you. I know where you all are and glad to know your prices are worth it.

I would like to thank all the guys at this tire shop. For hooking me up with 4 New tires on my truck. Mount and balanced for a good price. You need a flat fixed. A good used tire.. or all new. They will help you out. On the spot.. in the cold or rain. Heat of the day. They are there to help you out . Stop in . Check them out. I did. And riding on new tires..

I had a great experience at this tire shop. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment I arrived. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back in the future.
