I have been to this shop twice now, and each time has exceptional customer service and skilled work! I will continue returning because I get the same level of care for my vehicle without the dealership pricing. The coupons in the mail are a plus!

Buyer beware not all coupons are for a discount…..paid $108 for an oil change for GMC 1500 yesterday! My bad i had a coupon for 49.95 plus one quart because they give you 5 quarts i needed six didnt think to consider that could be 50 dollars!!!! So I got to wait 30 mins and get a partial truck wash as I still had sand from the beach sand on my running boards for 108. I told the fellow feel like I got violated said you coulda had a customer and maybe you should tell people hey a quart is 50. Ill stick with TRM they are 90 but its always great or to the place by H-E-B and Walgreens on space center and fairmont they take 7 minutes and its still less than Discount Inspection and Brakes.

The staff here are incredibly welcoming and polite. From start to finish, they provided all the necessary information about my vehicle clearly and professionally. At no point did I feel pressured into anything, which made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. A Gem on this side of Friendswood. Going to the mechanic is like going to the dentist, it's almost never a fun experience but the people at discount inspection and break really make it easy. People like Mrs A make it their priority to deliver complete and thorough service without it feeling like a high pressure situation. I appreciate that they address my current concerns as well as possible maintenance issues. I feel like they actually care about me, my vehicles and my safety. I especially appreciate their digital presentation of estimates on current and future services so that I can sleep on any major decisions. I trust them with all of my vehicles and highly recommend you do too!
