Discount Tire

This was by far the best experience I have had at this store over the years. When I arrived, a gentleman was outside waiting for me. He inspected my tires immediately and set me up for service without any wait. This was a case of very high customer service. I was in and out within about 45 minutes. Now the issue is consistency. Can Discount Tire deliver this experience with every visit? I hope they can, but it has been hit or miss in the past. Delivering a consistently high customer experience would be a competitive advantage.

Great experience. Stop in to have a tire patched due to a nail, they quickly checked me and estimated 1hr and 45 min wait time. Less than an hour later car was ready and repaired for FREE. I did not buy my tires here and never have been a customer in the .past

I never have a good experience when I come here. The first time was about 2 years ago, I came in and ended up having to get 4 new tires, along with rims or something else for a spare bc I was getting smaller tires. They had to order that extra part and told me they would call when it was ready to be installed… They never called, and acted like I was crazy when I called back a month or 2 later asking about it. I lost the receipt, so I left it alone and took my L. Now the second time I go with my new car to get a simple balance and rotation, no one even helped me. I booked an appointment the previous day for 1pm. I was running about 10-15mins late so I called to notify them and they said everything would be fine and to still come. I get there, stand in front of the desks for about 5 mins b

driving up north on 41, my car kept alerting me of low tire pressure, I decided to stop at this location of Discount Tires, expecting that I will be waiting for hours and no less than $50.00 to repair a flat tire, to my surprise, the advisor check the thread of all tires, did NOT try to sell me a full set, instead he listen to my concerns and quickly check me in to the system, he said is 9:08am you should be out of here by 9:48am, when I asked about the price for fixing the flat tire, I was surprise to the answer "We do not charge to repair flat tires", by 9:15 a technician approach me in the waiting area, he confirme there was a big screw and should have the car ready in no time, by 9:27 I was out of the store, happy about the service, the treatment and I will be stopping by when the time

This is the best customer experience I’ve ever had at a discount tire. Every single person that was working today was incredibly friendly. Chad is the main person that helped me and he was so kind and so helpful. I highly recommend this location. The staff here is amazing!
