Discount Tire

I’m a long-time Discount Tire customer. I buy all my tires for my work trucks and trailers here because the replacement certificates are a huge help for my small business—saving me money whenever a tire can’t be repaired. The staff at the Adrian, MI location are always professional, courteous, and great to work with. What I’m not happy with, however, is the scheduling process. Any time I purchase tires online (paid in full) or schedule an appointment for a tire rotation and balance—which is a service they offer for free when you purchase tires from them—the appointment time doesn’t seem to matter. If I schedule something for 1:00 PM and show up early, I expect my vehicle to be in the bay around that time. They even send text links confirming the appointment and another one asking you to ch

Brian, I believe the manager, was phenomenal and extremely helpful when I recently came to purchase four new tires! He assisted me with the discount tire credit card and my experience couldn’t have gone smoother! Will return!!

We were in town for Christmas and the morning we were to drive back to Maryland we got a screw in our tire. Luckily they were able to plug it and didn't even charge us. They had us in and out within the hour even though they were packed and were the nicest people. We will be recommending them to all our family in town.

Have had 3 bad experiences in a row with their free tire rotation and balance they give you when you buy a set of tires. I marked the tires because I've always wondered if they really do it....got home afterwards and checked the marks and they didn't even rotate!!! Had to make another appointment and go thru the whole thing again...big waste of time. Next time my car was driving weird about a week after getting them rotated. I tried to figure out the problem and couldn't so made an appointment with another repair shop and took car in and dropped off only to learn that the lug nuts were loose on one tire. Big waste of time and money!! This last time, made an appointment for noon for a simple rotation. At 1:30 they told me I would be out in 45 minutes....it was after 3 pm before they w
