Excellent management and staff! I bought four new tires at Discount Tire and had them mounted on new wheels I brought in. Three days later one of the new tires was nearly flat. I took the wheel and tire back in to Bradley and his team and they found that the wheel had a pinhole leak. I brought in a spare wheel and the team mounted and balanced the tire on the new wheel for no cost - they even marked the hole on the old wheel for repair. I will certainly use this shop again when I purchase new tires for my other vehicles. Job well done, gentlemen.

I've been a customer of discount tire for at least 20 years, spent thousands of dollars in that time, and never had a problem until dealing with the Albany location. To make it quick, I have a set of wheels and tires on my truck (almost $7000) and one wheel, which I've only had about a year, started to peel. Apparently all the warranty stuff they try to sell you doesn't cover that, OK that's cool, but don't lie and say you got the manufacturer to replace the wheel to help me out but then I never hear from you again, even after calling and talking to several people in the store. Absolutely TOP TIER! Extremely kind and helpful staff. Huge shout out to Bradley. He worked with me to find the perfect rims for my vehicle, and was on top of everything from start to finish! The manager Jose, and the tire technicians were also super knowledgeable and professional. Will absolutely be doing business with this company again!

Absolutely amazing service from every employee at this location. I was greeted in the parking lot, informed on all of my option of tires that best fit my vehicle, and I always appreciate a good conversation. I highly recommend this location, and I will absolutely be returning in the future.
