Discount Tire as a company is great, but this is one of the best locations I’ve ever been to. The team here is knowledgeable, honest, and never tries to upsell or take advantage of you. Jordan, the assistant manager, and David, the tire technician, have both been incredible from the moment I first purchased my tires here. After getting a new set, I ended up with a nail in my sidewall a few months later (thanks to Atlanta construction), and it completely blew my tire. I called, they ordered the replacement overnight, and had it fixed the very next day. They had recommended the insurance certificate, but I decided not to get it. Dropped 2 wheels off (already off of the car to eliminate the chance of scratches during removal/install from the car) to get new tires this morning without an appointment scheduled. Everyone was nice, tires were done extremely fast. Only took about 15 minutes. One of my wheels got gouged in the process. It's not a huge gash, so I guess things could always be worse. It's still pretty annoying for what's now the largest gouge on a 23 year old set of wheels that are no longer in production to come from tire installation which I paid ~150/hr based on their install fees and <20 min turnaround. Really fast service and pleasant people, but wouldn't recommend if you want to keep your wheels scratch free

He was courteous, communicative, and quickly found my appointment in the system. He quoted me about a 45‑minute wait, and the timing was spot on. When I returned, the checkout process was fast — I was out the door in under five minutes. Overall, professional service, accurate timing, and efficient checkout. I’d definitely come back.

After going to Discount Tire for my first time, I can honestly say they've made me want to come back. The team was very professional but also personable. Everything was explained to me thoroughly, and I appreciated being able to pay before my appointment so I didn't have to fumble through my wallet or credit cards when I picked my car up. Tires are affordable and great quality. They even knocked off a few bucks for an additional tire disposal. These guys are amazing and I highly recommended visiting if you need new tires!
