Discount Tire

I purchased some wheels from Discount Tires website which I must say is very competitive and in most cases less expensive. They kept me up to date on when they would arrive and when they did they called and had me come in. Well there was an issue with the wheels not fitting on front due to the calipers. Even though the website said they would fit, they did not. Will who is a manager helped and took full responsibility and said you need to find some with a less positive offset. I went home and found some new wheels and Will checked them out and said he likes the specs and should work fine. When the wheels came in Will personally checked and made sure the wheels fit correctly, which they did. I want to say I was treated with professionalism and respect and they have earned my sincere gratitu

The took forever to work on my car and it pissed me off and there was a lot of horse play. I saw some guy playing with toys meanwhile I had to wait over 45 minutes for my tires that’s ridiculous. Instead of sitting in the corner playing he should’ve been helping get my car out faster

Staff is very knowledgeable friendly and courteous. Would definitely go there again. I was in for a tire rotation only which is free when you purchase tires there but they treated me as if I was spending a lot of money. I was in and out in under 30 minutes

I bought some large RV tires here. The guy I spoke with when I called was great to work with. He gave me three different brands with price ranges that I could have installed, I picked Michelin. The we went through a couple of options there and I picked the higher end tire. He gave me an exact price, I agreed and gave him my name and number. He ordered the tires. Later that day, they called to say the tires would be available the next day. We took it in about noon. They had the tires installed and my pressure sensors reinstalled correctly on each of the six tires later that afternoon. I was impressed with how polite, friendly, and efficient the staff was. Discount Tire in Anderson is absolutely amazing! The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond for their customers. Even if someone walks in just 10 minutes before closing, they’re still treated with respect and care — no rushing or bad attitudes at all. Their prices are great, and you can tell they genuinely want to help you get what you need without pressure. That said, it’s definitely best to make an appointment if you can, as they stay busy for a reason. Highly recommend this location for both service and value!
