I used this company to install new tires on my car and was very pleased with the service. They helped me choose the right size, explained everything in detail, and installed the tires quickly and carefully. The car now drives smoothly, there are no noises, and the balancing is excellent. The staff are polite and attentive, and you can feel their professional approach. I can confidently recommend this company to anyone who cares about their vehicle.

Paid ahead online and scheduled a morning installation of 4 new tires. The online process was fairly seamless. Only critique is they should email you a confirmation of your purchase right away. I was greeter outside as I parked. Xavier was super nice and made a no pressure upsell offer on wipers. I got there about 20 mins ahead of my appointment time and it was complete in about 20 minutes. This store is near alot of other businesses so if you have to wait there are walkable places nearby. Handicapped parking is right in front by the doors.

I had a pretty stressful situation today and the team here seriously showed up. I came out of the gym next door and found I had a flat tire. I tried to jack the car up myself to take the wheel off and bring it in, but my jack actually failed and left my car stuck in the air. Not a great moment. I asked Brooke if there was any way she could help. She politely explained store policy wouldn’t allow them to lend out a jack, which I completely understood. But she didn’t stop there. She went out of her way to check her own car to see if she had one I could use, and when she didn’t, she asked her coworkers if anyone had one available. **Moving On** After 31 years of purchasing tires for all my vehicles and my wife's from Discount Tire, it’s tough to say goodbye. Over the years, I've seen many people come and go. The quality of the products has generally been good, but there is room for improvement in their services. After not receiving a response during my recent visit and sending my information to Joe, I've decided to move on. I found a new set of tires elsewhere for $542.06, which includes certificates.
