Took our van in for a routine tire balancing and rotation. It was super easy to book the appointment online with less than a days notice. Dropped van off a few minutes before my appointment. The agent was very polite and courteous. He asked if I was going to wait in the lobby till the balancing and rotation was complete and I said I will go for a walk. I asked how long will it approximately take and he told me 45 minutes and that they would text me when ready. So I left for my walk and returned in 45 minutes and the van was ready to pick up as promised. The best part is that the tires were originally purchased there so the balancing and rotation was all done at no charge. How can you beat that!!! I will definitely go back to purchase my next set of tires from them due to their amazing cus

I scheduled a flat tire repair and when I was given my car back, I asked, what was the issue with my tire and the young man gave me two different answers - it was a nail and the valve was replaced. I went about my day, running my errands, and when I got on the freeway, my car sounded like the tire was flat but also like the tire was bulgy. It wasn't a good sound. I went right back and they took my car back in fairly quickly. I was informed that the lug nuts were left loose. And then I was told that the tire wasn't balanced correctly. I didn't know who to believe or what to trust. So I asked my husband to come and talk to the person helping me. They finally figure out the issue with my tire and offered to replace one of the tire sensors at no charge. A couple of days later my tire was low o

Would have been an awesome experience if I didn’t have to wait 10 min while employees walked around my almost flat tire and didn’t acknowledge the fact that I was there. Other than that free tire repair was great. Hope they do a balance on it. I’m just annoyed I had to wait, so many are standing around doing nothing right now.

I got a pressure gauge alert so stopped by to have the air checked. Long line but very friendly tech alerted me to a nail in my rear tire. Let me know if I wanted to park they would be able to Check it out by the time I parked my car and walked to the front door. They were already expecting me gave me an estimated time of 45 minutes to an hour. They were done 20 minutes ahead of their estimated time. Everyone was very friendly and professional very happy with my visit and my tire with no hole.
