This without a doubt is the best tire store I have had business with. I ordered the tires I wanted on The Discount Tire website and selected what day and time I wanted for an appointment. Within 30 – 40 minutes I received a call from Chris letting me know they have my appointment and are ordering my tires. The tires came in later that day and that was also communicated to me. When I arrived, I was met at the door. An associate confirmed who I was, gave me a quick brief on what was going to happen and asked for the keys. I sat down and about 10 minutes later an associate came out and gave me an update on what was going. He also provided an estimate for how long it may be for the car to be ready. On 18 December, I had Discount Tire test fit, mount, and balance a set of Method 502 wheels and Nokian AW01 tires on my 2025 GR Corolla. The vehicle was lifted incorrectly using the flat lift in bay 2 with no lifting blocks. This caused damage to the plastic under panels and broke the mounting clips. The service tech assured me that they lifted 20+ GR Corolla models with this lift and saw no damage. I would highly encourage any GR Corolla owners who have had their vehicles serviced at the shop to inspect the front left and right under panels and clips for damage.

I was pleasantly surprised at this appointment. They were busy, but my appointment was on time.Even a little early. The employee explained the process and told me how long I would be in the dealership and he was totally correct, I even left a little earlier than I expected. The waiting area was pleasant and clean, and the whole experience was very good. I wasn't aware they had windshield wipers and i'm sure I needed some, so I had them replaced also.

My first visit to the Beavercreek store, very impressed by Zanden and the team. They were professional, honest and accommodating. Had 4 tires installed on my wife car, very thorough and efficient, completed when they promised. No hidden surprises! Had a leaking tire repaired in my truck as a walk in on Saturday, they were able to get me in and out in less then 45 minutes! Best service I’ve had in a long time! Pricing is very reasonable as well! Well done DT team!

More than impressed with my experience here. Ran over a screw on my 1.5 hour commute. Had some time before work and these guys got me in and out in less than an hour and didn’t even charge me for the repair! I would absolutely recommend this location because they are fast, nice and the place is clean and comfortable.
