Discount Tire

On Sept 13, I brought my Corvette in for rear tires. When I left, I later discovered they had left the lift pucks on the car. Driving with loose pucks is not only careless but dangerous — they could have fallen off and damaged my car or even hit another driver. I called to reschedule a rebalance appointment (missed the first due to weather/work), and they set me for Sept 29. On Sept 27, while driving, I heard something hit underneath the car, then got a “Service Axle” warning and a check engine light. I checked under the car that night and found 3 of the 4 pucks still attached. This confirmed I had been driving with them loose the whole time. Fast forward to Sept 29 when I returned for the rebalance. I dropped the car off at 1:00 pm and at 2:17 pm got a text and call that it was ready.

I came in for a tire sensor issue and I was greeted quickly. The gentleman that helped me was very informative and helpful. My tire sensor was replaced quickly and was extremely affordable! Honestly, I was unexpectedly blown away by this place. The gentleman that helped me was also helping an older lady who had a bent rim and was calling multiple places to get a replacement for her. Each time he came to give her an update, he crouched down onto his knee and talked to her at eye level. He was so helpful to her and it was great to see the kindness. I think his name was Lance. ALSO, I was observing the staff while I was there. They were all helpful to the customers and one another. Everyone seemed to be enjoying being at work and working with one another. I will 100% be a repeat customer.

Made an appointment for my wife to get a tire repaired on her CRV. She got there on time, but no one working there even acknowledged she was there. After quite a while stand in front of the service desks, she finally had ask if anyone could help her. Even with an appointment, they said she would have to wait. After she told them she was on a tight schedule and that's why we made an appointment and she was going to leave and get it fixed somewhere else, they said, "We happen to have an open bay and will get you in now." I have been a Discount Tire customer for years and have never experienced such bad customer service. The Bowling Green store on Campbell Lane is not indicative of the other Discount Tire stores I have been to. I would not recommend this store to anyone. On the plus side, the

Fantastic service. I purchased a set of tires and they arrived at the store in less than 24 hours, they even let me come in for my appointment a day early. I was in and out the door in less than 20 minutes. Shout out to Cole, Lance and the rest of the crew for the amazing service!

Tis The Season! When I pulled in at 7:50 many people were waiting! As soon as the door opened all the sweet workers came out to greet me take the car, and everyone that was outside had a rep greet them! My rep was Chris! He was amazing! This kinda experience is hands down heart warming! The wait was NOT long and I was in and out in under 1 hour!!
