Awesome experience! Rolled in with separated belts in my tire at ten minutes until closing on a Saturday night and the manager was going to get our tire fixed that night if it was an emergency! Fortunately it was not and we opted for a full set of tires, especially after finding that they match Sam's and Costco pricing! They are incredibly professional and kind and really give honest advice. I will be back again and again. The new tires look amazing!

This is my first trip to this location. They were very busy and said it would probably take about 1 1/2 hours for my tire to be fixed. It took them just over an hour. Once my tire was fixed & aired up, the tech found a small leak. He dismounted my tire, reinstalled it, and the leak was fixed. All I all a typical excellent visit.

I purchased this tire for my son’s car no more than 3mo honestly because everyone else had to order the specific size and my son needed the tire right then. Each week we’ve been having to add air 2-3x’s a week. Since the tire had warranty I had my son take the tire to get checked out. The young lady wouldn’t honor the warranty because I wouldn’t allow her to sell me a back tire. Stating that she can’t allow the car to leave their bay under those conditions! How can you force someone to purchase a tire from you guys and not honor a contracted warranty that you guys set in place? I didn’t want to buy the tire from you guys because Rodriguez has the same tires same warranty at a cheaper price. I would not advise anyone that I personally know to do business at this location or any if they all

I bought four new tires and had an appointment — the service was fast, I was in and out in about 30 minutes. They do the job quickly, which I appreciate, but it seems they rushed a bit too much this time. The special lug nut wasn’t put back on properly (or wasn’t tightened enough), and now it’s gone. Great turnaround time, but attention to detail could be better. Update: I went back and the associate took care of it. They can't find the lost one so they changed the whole set for me, inspect the car if there is any damage. At the end of the day, I was lucky nothing bad happened and they resolved things quickly.

David was amazing! He was super professional, so well spoken, and very put together. I made it a point to tell the manager how impressed my mother and I were with David and really appreciate seeing someone who is so knowledgeable and professional at a business. Thanks David!
