Top-notch service at Discount Tire. Collin took great care of me very friendly, listened to exactly what I wanted, and made sure it was done right. I’m picky about my wheels and they handled them carefully with zero scratches. The whole crew was courteous and helpful from start to finish. Michelin e.Primacy tires have been incredible so far. I never leave 5 Stars so here. This place was great. They greeted me like the moo chicken store. Before I made it 5 ft from my car the employee was greeting me and getting my info immediately scanned my tires and checked my wipers which was good because they were garbage and my wife tells me nothing. Went to grab some breakfast at waffle house walking back noticed they had removed my spare to fill it up and check it as well. The tech was very friendly informed me of my options and was able to get me out the door without over trying to sell me add ons. They repaired my tire instead of slapping on the tires I ordered because thats what I was booked for and even handled the return process for me which was cool because technically it was a tire rack order. This location is clean, convenient (for me), and the staff has always been overly personable and friendly in my experience. I love having them right down the road knowing that I don't have to worry about where to go to get my free rotations (just got new tires from them). They did a free patch job on another vehicle for me and that experience led me to buying two sets of tires from them. Highly recommend Discount Tire.
