I scheduled my appointment this morning around 6/6:30a. I got off work late and called to let them know I was going to be running behind and wanted to ensure that I would still be seen. I was reassured that regardless of time (other than close of business) I would be treated as if I had an appointment. I was roughly 5 mins behind and as soon as I arrived to the Check in I was greeted by Andrew. He greeted me with a smile and positive energy ready to help me with my vehicle. He knew exactly what he was looking at before I could put my window down. He did a quick inspection of my tires, we went inside and discussed my best options. Ben, the manager, and Anthony, the technician, went above and beyond to take exceptional care of my truck for alignment. I was hesitant to let anyone touch my vehicle after a few disappointing experiences at other tire shops, but these guys handled the job with utmost professionalism. The store is new, well-organized, and spotless. I genuinely hope they maintain their excellent service. It’s rare to find people and service that truly take care of your issues in the right way.
