Bought a set of tires 7 months ago and had around 12 k miles and one tire was defective.Manager lied to me several times about the condition of my tires ,in front of multiple employees and said they wouldn’t replace it but tried several times to sell me another one.All tires but one had over 60 % and one went bald in less than two weeks from a broken belt .The manager also walked off “mid sentence “twice to help other customers in the middle of the interaction.Extremely unprofessional management and customer service skills, who looked like he may short circuit at any moment from pressure.I guess they’re cheap for a reason cause they last less than half what a Tire should!!

I went in to get a new set of tires on Saturday 2/28/26 I should have known it was gonna be a problem once they over looked me whenever I got to the store at 7:45. It was either A that I was a female or B. That I was black or both. This black gentleman finally walked out to my car and assisted me. I then had to go back today after I was just in the store two days prior my tire censor keeps coming on. They acted as if it wasn’t a big deal didn’t even take the tires off to properly look at them just checked the tire pressure, I had two people tell me that they would get a manager the manager never came outside. One of the workers proceeded to tell me that I would need to take my car to a dealership to have it looked at mind you after I’ve already spent 700$! The pressure light wasn’t coming

Amazing tire shop went out of their way to help me with cost. Very long story short I bought used tires eight days ago. I brought my car into Midas to get an oil change and a tire rotation. They refused to rotate my tires because they were too bald. I obviously did not believe them because I just bought them eight days ago. I went to a handful of other shops(5) before I actually believed Midas. Called the place where I got the tires from(NOT HERE) They insisted all of these places were lying for money. Tire discounters were extremely kind once I told them what had happened. They gave me an extremely good deal because I had been taking advantage of elsewhere. They did not need to do that. This Discount Tire in Cleveland and all of the other surrounding area stores have the best customer service hands down. They have a knowledgeable staff. Provide a great service. And am so thankful that they are here in Cleveland along with the other locations. If you're needing new tires and great customer service this is the tire store you need to go to. Discount Tire also price matches any other store. So don't hesitate to ask.

Service personnel were highly motivated and did a fantastic job. However the prices to mount and balance 4 tires seemed astronomical to me. Have done business with this company before and never imagined the price was going to be this high
