Andre was absolutely the best. Communicative, attentive, educated, well-spoken and friendly. He made sure every concern I had was heard and handled. I felt like I made the best decision bringing my vehicle in to this location for service and by the time I left, I knew for certain that I did. I recommend this location specifically because of Andre's unparalleled customer service. He truly is a model employee. He was fantastic with knowledgeable information about my car and services that were recommended. I will only go to this location in SC! Truly he is what customer service nowadays are missing. Great experience at Discount Tire. I had 4 new Bf Goodrich KO3 tires installed at a competitive price (thanks to the match a competitor promise). My appointment time was honored and I came back to pick up my vehicle in about 2 hours.

took my daughters vehicle in for a possible tire repair as she was hit by something on the hwy coming home from work. it was not repairable but was able to offer her a great deal for a new pair. since the original set of tires has been purchased there a great offer was available with immediate servicing. i never even had to unload the grandbabe and i while the work was done inside their shop. we were in and out really fast. very professional and clean environment

I will recommend this location to anyone. They are professional, customer-friendly, and show integrity with their interactions and their performance. The wait times are around 1hr when busy but once your vehicle is in the bay…it’s only 15-20min wait. My experiences over the past 3yrs have been amazing! I would like to highlight Andre and Khameron as they showed great integrity during my most recent visit. Andre is very customer friendly and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and helpful with the process for me. THIS kind of demeanor is what’s most important at any establishment but especially when getting maintenance to your vehicle. Great job hiring managers! Keep at it!

I have purchased numerous sets of tires and spent thousands of dollars at this store over the years they have been at this location. I have a larger family with lots of cars and they have been my go to local store for tires. On my current car, paid $88 for installation and lifetime maintenance of the tires back in 2023, yet every time I go in to get them rotated, they disrespectfully say rotating them does nothing, 'but we will do it if you want'. I am old school, rotate tires every 5,000-7,500 miles or so and they last longer...get more life out of them, its a proven fact. The tires that are on my car easily have another 15,000 miles left on them and its ridiculous to throw them away and get new ones, as big of an investment they are.
