This Discount Tire on Spring Cypress has the best management I've ever seen at any location ! Manager Chris took great care of me, all employees are polite, professional, and considerate. They never truly have a long wait and never fail to make my experience beyond exceptional. :) I went through the aircheck line because my tire light was on and they informed me that my tires were pretty worn. They offered to take care of it right away so I parked and was greeted in the parking lot by Chris. He rechecked my tires and also noticed that I needed new tire sensors too. We went inside to look at replacement options and came to a conclusion that the michelin tires were the best choice for me. On Wednesday, November 24th at approximately 5 PM, I visited Discount Tire because I had a nail in my tire and it was losing air. The technician who took my car back to patch the tire returned to me twice and insisted that the tire was not leaking. He explained that he located the nail, removed it, and said it had not punctured the rubber, therefore there was no leak. I explained that the tire had been losing air and that I had refilled it before arriving, but he reassured me that everything was fine and stated that he would replace the valve stem as a precaution since that was “the only other place” a leak could be coming from. I left and went to a Thanksgiving event, only to return to my car later and find the tire completely flat. It was after 8 PM, and I had to call roadside assistanc

Quick work and GOOD work. never thought that this is the way a tire rotation and spin balance was supposed to feel. My truck felt like my tires were brand new that's how well the job was done. No repeats a day later because someone was in a hurry to get off work.

I never take the time to leave negative reviews, but this is necessary. My wife went up to discount tire yesterday to have tires installed on her 2023 Escalade. Tires were installed, and she drove home. As soon as I got home I inspected the tires and noticed that one of the wheels was damaged. I immediately called the store and was told to come up to the store so that I could show the damage to someone in person. Wife goes back up today, shows the damage, manager says there is no way any of their machines scratched the wheel. Upon further inspection, there is damage on more than one wheel. Make sure you inspect your wheels BEFORE and AFTER any work is done. I am 100% certain my wheels were not damaged before getting tires installed.

I had a flat tire today and pulled into this Discount Tire without an appointment, and they were able to take care of me immediately and fix the issue the same day. Cory was the one who helped me, and he was professional, efficient, and very considerate—especially given that I had my family in the car. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I will definitely be using this Discount Tire going forward; the service was far faster than what I’ve experienced at Costco. Highly recommend this location.
