Hands down the best Discount Tire in the area!!! They opened the doors at 7:45 due to a lot of people waiting for service and all the employees were greeting customers and ready to get the day started, the service bays were super clean and all employees back there were very polite, you can very well tell everyone takes pride in their job!!! Josue and David do a great job managing this location and we will most definitely recommend this Discount Tire to everyone. This location also offers alignments which is great because not all locations do.

I came for a follow up on a wheel alignment job , first when I came they say it was a 90 day warranty , when I came in a Wednesday the person helping me agree to re do it for free since it was a right before 3 months , the technician check it and came back saying I had bad tie rods and wouldn’t help until I fix them , he said to bring it back once fix and they would do it for free (that’s 2 person that works there ) , long story short this was a Wednesday, I came back on Saturday , the manager helping me Alex Delgado say they wouldn’t do it , I had to pay again , I explain and asking to call the person that help me and the technician , he said they are off and they wasn’t going to bother them on their day off , he went to another manager which I assume is the GM Josue Mateo , first he (Ale

He answered every single one of my questions with clarity and accuracy, making sure I fully understood my options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. What I appreciated most was how thorough he was. He took the time to explain the differences between the tires, pricing, warranties, and what would be best for my specific needs. You can truly tell he leads by example and genuinely cares about helping customers make informed decisions. Customer service like this is rare, and it made the entire process smooth and stress-free. made a same day appt when i had to get all my tires replaced. the staff was super friendly, efficient, and helpful. they answered all of my questions and got my tires replaced and realigned quickly. really appreciate the fast service, y'all made my day easier

I arrived early for my appointment on Saturday afternoon and was immediately greeted by Pedro who looked at my car, checked me in. Shortly after Alex came out to say they discovered a screw in my tire. They were able to fix it with a patch with no problem. Pedro came and told me the same info. They were so friendly, efficient, caring and took great care of me! Very impressed at how quickly I was in and out with outstanding customer service! Highly recommend!
