Once I arrived, I was greeted by Kaleb, who was extremely knowledgeable about tires. I brought my wife’s car in to have the rear tire replaced. They agreed to replace it, but also let me know that the front tire needed to be changed as well. Tommy, the manager, came over and explained that if I didn’t replace the other tire, it could cause the new ones to wear down faster. I told him I would take care of it another day. A short while later, Tommy came back to the lobby, called me into the work area, and told me that he wanted me and my family to be safe on the road. He then offered to purchase the other tire for me and have it replaced at no cost. He said they care about their customers’ safety more than anything, and he truly showed that today. What a reliable tire shop! Snow, Isaac, and the entire team took excellent care of us during a stressful "emergency" on the road. We were towing our 5th wheel when our TPMS alarm suddenly went off on busy I-4 near Davenport. We limped to the nearest Love's, but they explained they only service commercial vehicles. Thankfully, the staff there directed us to Discount Tire, just 2 miles south. Snow, the rep on duty, was incredibly helpful right away. He guided us to a safe, easy in-and-out parking spot behind the shop for our rig while our truck went into the garage for repairs. I was able to call in advance to inquire about the wait time and pricing. One of the managers answered the phone and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He told me I can come right away and they will take care of me. I arrived and was able to be serviced right away just like I was told. And I was in and out within 45 minutes. The building was nice and clean, which made it comfortable to wait inside. Overall, the service at this location was exceptional, and I will highly recommend to all family and friends in the area.

The staff at the Davenport Discount Tire are top notch!!! Knowledgeable, kind, very honest and truly care about their patrons. We bought the tire warranty on tires we brought in and they mounted on a Monday. On Friday my husband was ran off the road into a cement barrier by a semi and we had 2 flats and 2 ruined rims. We were able to have the tires replaced with the replacement warranty and purchased a new replacement warranty on those two new tires. Totally worth the added cost! I cannot express enough how they have earned our loyalty for years to come, not just their store, but the Discount Tire brand. They went ABOVE and BEYOND and did NOT allow me to leave their facility in an unsafe situation. They were kind, caring and generous with concern to keep me safe when leaving the store. Cy
