Make sure you check that they put your wheel cover back on properly. I did not and now I get to spend $55 on a replacement. They snap very tightly, they don’t just fall off. Never going to this location again. Only went there because the other locations didn’t have what I needed. Hopefully it downloads the picture, doesn’t that look pretty? Thanks Discount Tire!

Every time I come here I get nothing but the best customer service. The whole store works great as a team to get me in and out fast. They keep me in the loop with updates while working on my Harley truck. This guys deserve a raise. Thank you all for just a great experience.

Don't let the young team fool you. Everyone from the Service Desk to the Garage, every single one of them are professional, experienced, provide great customer service and care about helping you out anywhere possible. I see the drive and the dedication that this location has and they are doing all the right things. I trust this place and will continue to go to this location for all my tire needs. They know a lot more about tires than they do about respecting the customer. Stand in line waiting for someone to talk to you and you're in the Invisible Zone. I actually sat down on the floor because it was taking so long and I didn't want to lose my place. Nobody said anything about the wait. Then when I went back to pick it up and stood there, the only person in line, for fifteen minutes. A guy came in behind me; they asked the guy at THE END OF THE LINE if he was there to pick up a car. I said I was also there to pick up a car, but since I was invisible they did the other guy's deal first. They never said a word to me until he was gone, then I got to pay for my wheel alignment and go. IF THEY HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER THEY HIDE IT WELL. NOT HAPPY.
