This store is fantastic. I had a free wheel inspection and needed the wheel replaced. They were able to save me money and replaced all four wheels in under 30 minutes! The free tire inspection and flat fix is amazing. And they are so friendly and accommodating. Choosing this Discount Tire is a great decision!

Bought some tires from Discount before with no issues with the tires, but however the way they treat you is a major issue! Especially in Spartanburg! I did take a chance and called Easley spoke with a Mrs Kay, who is very professional and took time to answer all my questions. To me this spoke volumes for the way they treat their customers. I will drive the extra miles just to be treated with respect!

Dishonest handling of their "free services". Do NOT go here for any of these gimicks. My daugher went here with one of the most repairable nails in a tire I've ever seen (middle of the tread), with basically a brand new tire. They sold her a new tire claiming not repairable. Easy to do with a 17 year old girl. My wife went there to rotate her tires, and they said they could not do it and tried to get her to buy 4 new tires. She at least has some more experience and went elsewhere.

My wife came in for a leaking left rear tire. She was immediately greeted. The tire was plugged and her tires rotated for FREE! Great staff! Excellent service. Thank you again.

This is a great store. I usually go to Greenvile, but discovered a nail in my tire that was leaking air. Fast repair and it was free! Great customer service, too. Was in there less than 45 minutes.
