Discount Tire

Sent my kid there in good faith to buy a new tire to have manager Andrew V sell her a tire advise her she should be ok to drive for a few weeks. Next day tire flat on a new tire. Thankfully she didn’t get a blow out while driving.. why would they sell her drive off with a bad tire or let drive off knowing she had a bad rim if that is the case?? Very bad service next time just drive to a different discount tire don’t trust staff at this location or a different tire shop .

I’ve been going to Discount Tire on Mesa Street for years, and they always treat me with great respect. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always makes sure my tires and wheels are well taken care of. They go out of their way to help and never try to upsell things I don’t need. It’s rare to find a shop with such genuine service and professionalism. Definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for honest and dependable tire service.

Had an appointment to get my tires exchanged. Everyone was so helpful and kind! I had 0 clue what kind of tires my car even needed, but they helped me pick the best tires. But the best part about my experience was how fast they were. They exchanged the tires and windshield wipers in 30 mins, which was amazing because I had my teething infant with me. Also everyone there was so accommodating to me bringing my baby along which made this experience so much easier for me.

I had a great experience at Discount Tire thanks to Michael. He helped me with a flat tire and also took the time to quote me on future tires. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and truly went above and beyond to explain my options, even though he didn’t have to. I also want to acknowledge the rest of the staff working that day. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful, which made a stressful situation much easier. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and will definitely be returning.
