Discount Tire

One of the best tire shops I've ever been to. I've been here many times and every time I've been very impressed and satisfied with their service, prices, courtesy, and honesty. I have shopped around for tires and they often match or beat the best price I find. They have done multiple flat repairs for me for free, mounted or unmounted tires on occasion for free, they really just know how to take care of their customers and get them to come back. I find that's pretty rare these days. I'm a well informed vehicle owner and they never try to up sell unnecessary services or anything, simple, just what you need honest service. I really appreciate that. I don't doubt that they will take care of what you need.

Not only does this discount tire beat anyone’s price in town, but they are also an extremely well rounded shop. I brought my car in one day to have all four tires changed. They changed them and when I left about 15 minutes later the manager Zach calls me. He informs me that my transmission fluid was leaking. Long story short this saved my car as I was unaware the fluid was leaking. His attention to detail and customer service 100% saved my car which I treasure very much. A few months go by and my tire was flat, I called them and told them it was leaking, but I did not have the coverage to cover it under warranty, I was a little upset about that. I wanna state that this review reflects only a part of the discount tire facility. My wife took her vehicle(2017 Volkswagen Tiguan) KEYWORD, STOCK tires and rims on it. She got 4 brand new tires and off she went… until three months later and she got a nail in her tire, as I inspect the flat tire I noticed that on that one rim, there was 3 lugnut covers completely damaged and twisted wrongfully. I called and asked if it was under warranty and asked if they knew anything about the 10 lugnut covers that were either missing or just broke and PUT BACK ON. (Yes I understand they do not interfere with the functionality of the vehicle but they were still there and not broke. I’ve been in the automotive business for over 36 years and was completely impressed by the entire process. From the young lady that ordered my tires 2 weeks prior, to the gentleman that greeted me when I came to have them installed, and the gentleman I spoke with while my vehicle was being repaired, every person was friendly and professional. I was able to sit and watch through the glass and the 2 technicians that installed my tires were not only careful with my vehicle but were efficient and clean. I work at a local dealership and will 100% recommend this shop for any tire needs to any of my customers in the future. Great job and thank you very much !
