Discount Tire

I’ve been to a few Discount Tire locations and always had a good experience. This was my first time at this location and they delivered the same level of service as the others. They gave me a fair price on some new tires and even gave me credit for my stock tires, which were like new. Installation was fast and well done. Highly recommend this store for all your tire needs.

Today I was BLESSED with a FREE SET OF TIRES! I did not intend to come na purchase any Tires today. My back tire went flat twice and I figured there was a hole so I came to get it plugged. Isaiah was so kind and understanding with me. He explained my front tires were in very bad condition and needed replaced. I explained to him we are not in a place financially to replace them it’s a couple days to Christmas. He told me no problem would get the back one plugged. He then came back and asked if there was anything he could do to get me to replace the set up front. I explained to him we couldn’t afford it right now. Unless he was going to pay for them lol and of course was like not trying to be rude. He then told me they were going to give me a whole full for FREE TODAY! What an amazing God I

Really good experience even though I am very weary of vehicle service shops. They were friendly, took the time to explain everything and the price was good. I will be back again, also Xavier was excellent. I also appreciate the no appointment required

This is the best customer service I have ever experienced! As I am sure everyone knows it's hard to get by for most families these days and my tires were all ready to pop. Kyle is amazing and he helped us out tremendously. I now dont have to worry everytime I drive my car. These guys are all so great and and go above and beyond for their customers!! If I could give more stars then 5 I definitely would!

I called ahead to make sure the store had my tire in stock and the time to change it. I verified that I had tire replacement coverage and that I’d only pay for the new warranty. When I arrived it took a few minutes to garner the attention of the clerk, but when I did he efficiently filled out my paperwork, inspected my car and its tires, and got the work done very quickly.
