Discount Tire

Brand new store in Fargo and I went in there looking for high end wheels for my 25 explorer ST. These are very hard to find and he did a lot of digging for Me. Went above and beyond what I expected. They found me some awesome Vossen wheels, had them in 2 weeks and the staff took great care in putting them on without any scratches on the lip of the rim. My salesman and the mechanics deserve a A+ for the care and lengths to get these wheels and installed perefectly. Thank you very much!!

WOW!! This tire shop is absolutely AMAZING! (MILES E-WALL) is a total game-changer and such a great addition to the shop. He is an excellent communicator and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. My tires were way too low on air, plus there was a problem with the rim. He took everything out, explain a bunch of stuff I didnt understand.( I don't know anything about cars I just drive it). ( Lol) All I know is I'll be going back for everything he listed I needed to do. He had me LAUGHING the whole time. ( Made my day) He went above and beyond to help me. Truly exceeded my expectations! I recently moved to Fargo and needed winter tires. After checking multiple tire stores, Discount Tire clearly had the best price. However, their store was almost 20 minutes out of the way, so I decided to try a different tire shop only three minutes from my place. That “mega tire store” experience was weird—just okay at best—and something didn’t feel right. I’m not a winter tire guru, but my experience gives me confidence in understanding what my vehicle and tires are capable of. Trusting my gut, I left and called Discount Tire instead. Wow. The friendly service and detailed explanations were top-notch. I had the pleasure of speaking with Todd, the Store Manager, who genuinely took the time to talk with me while I sat at my desktop looking up tires online. He actually wanted to help. Wit

I was so impressed at their professionalism, customer service was on point Todd is just great he is so tall, fine courteous and polite. He is all about the customer. Money well spent. I feel enlightened about tires now cos Todd took his time to explain how tires work , what is road worthy and what isnt. Thank you guys now i can drive safely on the roads
