I visited this location in 2021 for a seat of tires, I recall I had a wonderful experience. The price was right the service was good. This time around I was searching for rim repair, however, that service is not offered, so I purchased 2 OEM Cadillac rims. I called before this visit and spoke with Mike, so I asked for him when I arrived at the location. We searched and searched for aftermarkets with the assistance of Lamar. Needless to say I didn't like the selection, thus the OEM purchase. Both Mike and Lamar were patient through the search process, we exhausted all resources, I appreciate their tolerance and professionalism. It took about it took about 3 days to come in minus the weekend & Veterans Day Holiday, they called me to make an appointment for installation. On the morning

Service was great. The guy was very attentive, professional, and went out of his way a few times to keep me updated. 5 stars to that guy. I have to say, it's crazy how inflation made the top of the line tires double in price and put them out of my budget to replace. These much cheaper tires will have to do. Four years ago I paid the same price for top of the line as I did for these. They still look and feel fine and will get the job done, just nowhere near the same distance or durability. Same goes for my husband's tires. My husband just got all his tires replaced, too. We'll have to replace all 8 tires much sooner than we would have if we could afford the tires we got before. :-/ Bummer. 3 stars for price.

This is a great place to get your car looked after. They’ve helped me several times. Free lug nuts, free tire rotation/balances, and wiper services. I’ve used them frequently and I’ve always had a great experience.

Discount Tire on Raeford road is solid. Quick, easy to deal with. No unwanted pushy sales. Really good staff from front to garage. 10/10 recommend.
