Absolutely amazing experience. Went in real quick just to start getting estimates on a new set of tires from a couple different places. (All terrain tires for a truck so expecting to be a little pricey) Taylor was super friendly and not pushy whatsoever and told us to take our time and let them know what we needed and when. Gave me a few options that didn’t break the bank like I expected. Ran a few more errands and thought on it and pulled up their website and was able to book an appointment for today and went by and dropped the truck off early and was gonna run around town to kill time. Truck dropped off at 1:30, appointment for 3, and truck was done and ready by 2:40. Super fast, super friendly, and would highly recommend!!

The customer service here is unparalleled. The quality of work is amazing. I come from an automotive background and was very impressed with the whole experience. They were able to start on the car a few minutes earlier than our appointment time and we had four new tires in about 30 minutes. Everything was explained very well throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Taylor H …. Seriously fantastic. If you need tire go here ask for Taylor . They price match . Get special order tires in quick . If you make an appointment you will get car serviced at your appointment time ! They also road balance tire . Honestly just fantastic I used 35/11.5R17 tires it’s not a normal size had them in 2 days and my truck was started at my appointment time in and out in under an hour. I’ve been using Discount Tire for almost 10 years. Always been very professional. 2 of my Sons use Discount Tire also. Today 12/1/2025, my daughter had all new tires put on her car. She left the store and went to the gym for a couple hours. When she got finished with her workout, she went to her car to find 1 of the tires was completely flat. She called me and was frantic and stuck in the rain with a flat. I called the store and told them the situation. They sent an employee to come take the tire off the car and take back to their shop, they returned a short time later and put the tire back on, there in the gym parking lot. I’ve always been happy with the service at Discount Tire. I’ve recommend them to friends and family. I am however a little nervous after the situation today. What if sh
