I really appreciate how they work with you at this location. Due to my work schedule, I generally always have to drop off, but even in emergencies they take the car, assess the issues, and communicate great with me. By the time I got back today. I only had to wait five minutes to pay and get my car and go.

This past month January I purchased four new tires. And what a difference it makes because of all of the errands I have run I would’ve gone to have refill gas twice because my other ones were almost deterioration . But I wanna thank the crew the most for their admiration of their relationship between client and. Service. I don’t think I sat there more than a half an hour, but I sit in comfortability. Now that I’ve run the tires more than I normally would ,the Gas was A positive, that has a lot to do with the new tires so it was worth the money. It was well worth going to discount tire as Bryant Irving Road.👍👋😎

I went in today because I noticed that my tire was low and leaking air. Ended up getting 2 new tires to replace the worn ones on my car. The customer service was great, and Garrett in particular made sure to explain everything to me and gave me a good price on the tires that I could afford. Plus, it was very busy today but the time it took to replace the tires was way less than expected. I will definitely return here!

The location is having remodeling done to the lobby area. It was cold outside but they had a nice heated trailer to sit and stay warm in. The guys working in the shop were singing and having a good time. They fixed my flat, rotated and balanced the tires and didn’t charge me anything. Have bought new tires from here in the past and they always treat you good and get you in and out fast.

Fantastic customer service. They changed my tire out in seven minutes! I was out the door in 15. Easily one of the best discount tire locations in Fort Worth. Thanks Travis for making it happen quickly!
