Discount Tire

I went in for alignment and tire rotation. Did not realize my tires were so dead and I also came in with a flat tire I had noticed in the morning before coming in, so definitely could not do the rotation, but getting a whole new set of tires is totally worth it. I got new wipers and my alignment set as well. Very good experience for the first time and I was communicated to well about price and expectations. Hopefully all future visits are just as smooth.

Top notch service. I had someone mount my winter wheels/tires incorrectly (tread facing the wrong direction) and realized this right before I was about to drive up the mountain to go skiing. These guys got me in within 5 minutes to swap my wheels around (for free!). There was an entire room full of customers and every interaction I watched was one of professionalism and care. Definitely impressed and will come back here for all my wheel/tire related needs in the future.

Never thought I'd be compelled to leave a 5* review just for a tire swap, but the group y'all have working here were awesome. Chris and Gabe got me in and out lightning fast. Seriously, he told me 15 minutes and I thought he was joking. I was out in under 10. Did you recruit these guys from a NASCAR pit crew!? Thanks again! Hello Review Readers, Discount Tire North avenue location goes above and beyond to help their customers! I needed a specific tire size ordered. Corey helped me find what I needed and was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. When I drove into the parking lot for my appointment Corey came right out of the garage area instantly introduced himself and walked up to my car to get the mileage info they needed. I think it was less than 10 minutes and they had my car pulled inside the garage. Corey helped throughout the entire process and really showed that they go the extra mile and do whatever it takes to really focus on their customers. Cold weather has begun! Usually tires deflate to some extent during cold weather as tires also feel the chill and I felt like I was driving a bit flat (the dash light did not come on). Had recently purchased two new tires and headed back to the location on North Ave. to have the tire pressures checked. I pulled into the tire check area and quickly a Discount Tire representative walked over to my truck to perform the service. Gentleman's name was Sam (I believe he is in management).
