The Hobbs New Mexico location has got to be the slowest and most unprofessional place I’ve ever walked in. 2 cars in the bay and took 2 hours to get a flat fixed. 5 people sitting in the office, tires guys standing around doing nothing. Had to address how long I’d been there more than once. Once my jeep was pulled in it was another hour getting it taken care of. Tire guy would get part of it done walk off for literally 20 minutes come back do something and walk off talking again for 15. I’ve done business with discount for a long time in lufkin with zero problem and super fast service. The Hobbs location will look at you before asking if you need help. Joshua is an excellent service writer and took care of me immediately. I traveled from Del Rio, TX with my family and had a flat about 30 miles out of town. I put the spare on and showed up the next morning right when they opened. Luckily they had an entire set of tires that fit our vehicle. I was fed up with the factory tires that only had 16k on them! Joshua had three mechanics working on our vehicle and it was done in 30 minutes! Thank you so much! It was a relief knowing we could take the trip back home on a nice set of tires and return safely.

I went to get my air in my tires filled up at the air check area and waited about 10-15 min and no one helped me so finally I honked and an employee came over to me and said “someone will be with you in a minute.” A guy comes out with no smile and I could tell I inconvenienced him and fills up my tires. Never told me I was done and just nodded when he was done. We bought our tires here and I hold discount to a higher standard than this. Every other discount has someone ready to help and the air check area is monitored and it’s not an inconvenience of the employee to do it. This location needs some work!

You need any tire or alignment needs? This is the place to go! They take care of me every time I’m there without fail and I’m on a very limited income. While some things are full price they help out where they are able to! Even on extremely busy mornings! Make sure to have an appointment! Go see Yodel for what you need!! Discount tire is a crook! I had them rotate my tires this month. My tire comes off my truck.. they claimed it they'll fix it. But they have an excuse because my mileage on the truck extended the warranty.. besides the big issue where someone could've died, they would not warranty their error. Please do not use this company. You've been warned!
