Discount Tire

What can I say about the staff of Discount Tire Holland, MI. Kevin, Sebastian, Dustin and tire tech Nate, all did a great job in helping me change tires to get back to my original gas milage of 30 mpg instead of what I was getting 24 mpg after buying new tires a few months ago. I am happy. My Subaru is happy. Its just not the tire sale. Its the service after the sale that keeps me coming back. AJ

I had no wait and was greeted on the sidewalk by name and welcomed back. Service was quick and explained completely. The associate checked in mid appointment to give me an update and let me know how much time was left. I will continue to be a loyal discount tire customer. Best service around. Great staff!!

Such great service! My fiancé called to drop off a tire to get patched. Garrett answered the phone and was very helpful! We showed up at 5:20pm to pick the tire up, thinking they were open until 6, when they really closed at 5. Right before we were going to leave, we saw some of the employees walking out of the building. My fiance jumped out of the car and asked if we could pick up the tire. We didn’t want to be “those people” showing up after close, but the guys were super great and quickly got us the tire. Thankful for a patched tire, fantastic service, and the willingness to stay a few extra minutes after close!

I recently purchased 4 all weather tires from the Discount Tire website. The tires needed to be ordered and arrived in a couple days. The online appointment is easy and a must do. The quality and courteous service I received is the best I have ever experienced. Dustin made sure the installation was quick and professional. It was time to kick back and enjoy a coffee. The staff at the Holland store is the best. The Manager made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving the store. Keep up the great work!

Took over 2 hours to replace a single tire. I even called an hour ahead to ask if they were busy and could do it tonight. Guy on the phone said come on in and guy at the desk said it’s a 20 minute job. I understand there’s other customers and but no one told me it would be this long. Don’t come here expecting a quick fix. The guys seemed nice and they gave me a discount which was cool.
