I just wanted to share a bit of my experience here today that deserves an honest review. I want to note this is only my second time coming here, and want to mention that both times have been amazing. I am a very observant person first off, and I noticed some things that stood out to me. EVERY SINGLE sales associate gave a sincere greeting to every single customer who walked through that door. I also noticed that they were extremely attentive, knowledgeable, honest, and communicated every issue or update to the customer properly. Not one single time did anything sound rushed, forced, or communicated negatively to any customer, including myself. Everything was in the best interest of the customer regardless of the reason they came in. This is what you want and expect from places like these,

Yes they do offer quick tire service Discount Tire was very helpful 11/8/25 I spoke with Dan on the phone about purchasing tires he was very helpful and Knowledgeable when I arrived for tires Dan and his team were Awesome and Friendly Discount Tire needs to acknowledge these Gentleman they turned a stressful day of needing tires to a Great out come. Charlie got me set up with an appointment and Dan got me right in. I was in and out in less than a half hour. They even noticed a nail in one of my tires and fixed it for free. Excellent service! This store has really improved over the last couple years.

Edit: the provided link in the reaponse below does not work. Says invalid page First off, i called and ordered some Falken Wildpeak tires about a week ago. Somehow that order disappeared. I was quoted $145 per tire over the phone. After a few days i called for an update and was informed they had no record of my order. No problem, they got the tires i wanted delivered the next day and got me in for replacement. They worked fast and everything seemed fine. They ended up charging me $148 per tire instead, not a major deal but do be sure to check your receipt. I did not and i wish i had. Dan told me the tire certificates would cost $80 so i agreed to purchase them. Did not get my receipt until my car was ready and had to go pick up my kid from school. They charged me $124.44 for the certifica

The place definitely goes by its 5 life lessons of being honest, working hard,having fun, being grateful, and paying it forward. They go above and beyond in my eyes due to the fact that I had some tire sensor issues. After going to a local dealership and getting the run around and an estimate which was almost 4 times higher and was told that one sensor was totally dead and 3 others low. When getting a second opinion not only was not one tire sensor battery dead but there were 3 that were low that was here at Howell discount tire. A place that I will come to for all my tire needs. Also to add was able to do a calibration and reset the tire pressure light on my dashboard because we all know when a light comes on there's sometimes something wrong.
