Got there early and didn’t get to leave till after 11am almost noon and was told all tires and sensors were good I made one stop before trying to head home and didn’t make it far and it blew and they blamed it just on the valve stem. Didn’t offer to do anything other than replace the tire and valve stem. Be carful and check your stuff before leaving.

The staff here looked out for him, handled his tires quickly, and treated him with the same care they’d give their own family. I had such a great experience at Discount Tires on the Parkway in Huntsville. They’re always amazing, but today was truly a “God had His hand on this” experience. Trevor and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was safe and taken care of. They were honest, kind, and genuinely cared about helping me find the best solution for my situation. Customer service like that is rare these days. humans in general, are rare like that these days. I’m so thankful and will absolutely be back!

Discount tire is always the best, most consistent people company, I have ever visited. Yes, they sell tires, but they are in the people business and it shows, at every location I have ever visited in numerous states. Their service is second to none and I have never had a bad experience, after dozens and dozens of visits (used to live in a state where we had snow tires, so with 4 cars in the family, we were there a lot). I can’t speak highly enough about Discount Tire! Did I mention that they sell tires! :-)

I ordered a set of Nitto Ridge Grappler 38x11.50R18LT tires. I was greeted immediately upon entering the shop and was scheduled for service within a reasonable amount of time. I was informed upfront that the wait time would be significant that day and that installing such large tires would take longer than usual. I appreciated the clear communication and chose to wait in the shop. The shop was clean, the staff very courteous and professional, and complimentary bottled water was available for customers. The technicians mounting and balancing my tires were excellent. It wasn’t an easy set to install, but they got it done.
