The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They were efficient, honest, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that truly values its customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Discount Tire to everyone I know!

Collin and his supreme customer service and knowledge was very much appreciated. What could’ve been a bad day with an unexpected flat. This young man helped me make the best of it. He set me up with two great tires to get back on the road as I am a professional chauffeur, but I will definitely be coming back to see him soon Great service great prices and absolutely speedy service for a Friday emergency situation. We walked in 5 minutes before close with a flat tire. We did not expect our van to be worked on immediately. We were prepared to leave it for tomorrow. But John P insisted that they could get it done. We asked if he could inspect all tires as we were sure they all needed to be replaced. He was able to give us a great deal and we had all 4 tires replaced with new wipers. Above and beyond great customer service and a great price on the tires! Highly recommend this location!!

Ordered tires online that showed in stock at this location. Selected walkin service and went in the first day to check the wait. It was busy as expected but my order was confirmed by management so I said Id return next day. Skip to next day after work and a 45 min. wait in store to find out they only have 2 tires in stock. They can order the other two or sale me a different size. I elect to wait a day for the 2 I preferred. Skip to next day after work and a 30 min. wait in store to be approached with my key in hand once again, and the story of 2 missing tires. Now here I am 16 days later waiting for a refund.
