Discount Tire

Thank you Discount Tire, for screwing up a brand new 2025 TUNGSTEN EDITON WHEEL. To start off, truck has air suspension and I had to make the call to stop and lower the truck down to raise it with the jacks. Second flat tire gets repaired and mounted on truck without having the courtesy to notify me that they scuffed my wheel. Good thing I count it before leaving. I was promised it be ready Saturday or Monday. I called Monday told me Tuesday. I called today Wednesday and they have not eta on my wheel. This it ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING. I call to let them know I had an emergency and needed to head to New Mexico and needed my spare tire asap. The employee laughs and makes a comment well you have other trucks why don’t you go in a different truck. THATS NO THE POINT. YOU’LL SCREWED ME OVER IS

Neil was great, he explained everything in detail, and is extremely personable. You can tell he enjoys helping others! Very happy with my new wheels, thanks guys.

Went in 10 minutes before closing with a huge bolt in my front tire. I felt terrible for coming in so close to closing but was immediately assured that it was not a problem by everyone that worked there. Everyone was extremely polite and professional. They fixed my tire at no charge and got me out of there extremely quickly. I am extremely grateful and impressed with the entire staff and will definitely return in the future.

Best customer service you will ever experience. There is a tire technician working there and he is awesome. I will upload a picture of him. He is super good with every customer. I've been a customer of discount tire for as long as I owned this car. I recently just bought a set of 4 brand new tires from discount. Unfortunately I had a flat due to some nails it seems. Brought it in for flat repair, worked with a sales man named Neil? Noel? something like that older middle aged white dude. He kept trying to sell me on stuff I didn't want so I instantly didnt' like him. He tried to sell me a new tire before even looking at my flat tire. Lo and behold apparently this one is damaged beyong repair. That's not the issue, The issue is I asked them to place the tire back on the rim I was going to get a 2nd opinion from my regular discount tire because I didn't trust Noel. Well I guess they didn't list this idea because they choose to pull my tire stem and damage
