I bought two tires for the front wheels from them online and got a great price. The best part is they match prices if you find the same tires cheaper elsewhere, which is fantastic! Vince was very helpful. He kept me updated on my tires’ arrival and called me again to let me know when they had arrived, so I could come in at my convenience—pretty thoughtful! Their facility is really nice, with a clean and cozy waiting area that has free WiFi. Darius checked me in and was super friendly, always wearing a smile and bringing positive energy. Discount Tire delivers exactly what they promise—fair pricing, honest recommendations, and fast service!!! It’s refreshing to deal with a team that values customer experience and closing a sale. After speaking with Vince on the phone, I found out they didn’t have the specific tires I wanted. Instead of just ending the call, he asked when I was planning to get new tires and quickly offered a second recommendation. He explained the option and asked if I’d be interested, saying he could install them immediately. After discussing pricing, it was a no-brainer—I drove over right away! I even had time to grab a coffee at Jet while they got to work. In about 40 minutes, I had new tires and was back on the road, ready to enjoy my Saturday. Incredible service! Came in for the first time and was very impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the service writers up front . I only came in for my free tire rotation and balance. I highly recommend this store for a great experience.

I can’t say enough good things about the new Discount Tire in Lafayette, LA! As the only Discount Tire in town and having just opened recently, they really set the bar high. We needed new tires urgently, and their service was absolutely impeccable. The turnaround time for all four tires was super fast, and the prices were by far the best I found—cheaper than both Walmart and Costco! If you’re in need of tires, definitely check them out!

Scheduled my tire install online and showed up 15 minutes early. They were ready for me and got started immediately. Took about 20 minutes. I left at 5 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Pretty awesome service. Highly recommended. Price was good also.
